La Revista de Educación e Investigación en Emergencias es el órgano oficial de difusión de la Sociedad Mexicana de Medicina de Emergencia A.C. (SMME). Es una publicación electrónica, trimestral, open access (abierta sin coste para autores y lectores) que, tras revisión por pares, publica artículos científicos inéditos y originales, artículos de revisión y secciones especiales (estas últimas, exclusivamente por invitación), relacionadas con aspectos clínicos, quirúrgicos, epidemiológicos y básicos de la medicina de emergencia, incluida la atención a adultos, emergencias obstétricas y pediátricas, enfermería, prehospital, salud mental, además de temas relacionados a educación e investigación.
Con este propósito, la revista considerará contribuciones en las siguientes secciones:
Los manuscritos deben enviarse a través del sistema editorial electrónico de la revista en la dirección electrónica http://publisher.emergencias.permanyer.com donde, primeramente, el autor de correspondencia debe registrarse como autor. Una vez que cuente con nombre de usuario y contraseña, podrá cargar en el sistema los archivos de su trabajo siguiendo las instrucciones.
**Para evitar duplicidades en el sistema, por favor absténgase de crear una nueva solicitud cuando reenvíe sus archivos modificados. Debe continuar utilizando la misma referencia hasta que su manuscrito culmine el proceso editorial.
PREPARACIÓN Y ENVÍO DE MANUSCRITOS
Todos los artículos deberán incluir sin excepción título, nombre y apellido(s) de cada autor (sin títulos o cargos); los departamentos institucionales en los que están adscritos, nombre y dirección actual del autor responsable de la correspondencia, el texto completo, tablas y figuras. Los textos deberán estar en procesador de palabras Word. Los manuscritos deberán estar escritos correctamente en lengua española o inglesa. El texto deberá estar escrito a doble espacio en fuente tipográfica Times New Roman a 12 puntos y comenzando en página nueva cada una de las secciones: página frontal, resúmenes en español y en inglés con sus palabras clave, el texto principal, las referencias, las tablas y pies de figuras. Se numerarán las páginas en forma consecutiva comenzando con la página frontal, y se colocará el número en el extremo superior de cada página.
Los artículos deberán contener una página frontal con todos los datos, un segundo archivo con el manuscrito totalmente anónimo y las declaraciones del conflicto de intereses, financiación y responsabilidades éticas.
En la página frontal debe aparecer el título conciso e informativo del trabajo en español e inglés y un título corto de no más de 40 caracteres (contando espacios y letras); nombre y apellido(s) de cada autor (sin títulos ni cargos); ORCID, los departamentos institucionales en los cuales se realizó el trabajo; nombre y dirección actual del autor responsable de la correspondencia; agradecimientos y las fuentes del financiamiento de la investigación. El archivo con texto principal del manuscrito debe ser un documento totalmente anónimo y debe contener un resumen en español y en inglés, el cuerpo del artículo, referencias, tablas y pies de figuras.

Resumen en español
Esta sección del artículo debe componerse en no más de 250 palabras. Si es un resumen para Artículo original, debe componerse de las siguientes subsecciones: Introducción, Objetivo, Métodos, Resultados, Conclusiones. Si es un resumen para un Artículo de revisión, éste no es estructurado (no se compone de subsecciones) y debe incluir una definición del tema a tratar, su importancia, los tópicos o secciones a tratar y una breve conclusión sobre la relevancia de la revisión.
Al final se anotarán 3 a 6 palabras clave, para facilitar la inclusión en índices internacionales. Se recomienda emplear los términos del Medical Subject Headings del Index Medicus más reciente.
Resumen en inglés
Esta sección del artículo debe componerse en no más de 250 palabras. Si es un resumen para Artículo original, el resumen debe constar de las siguientes subsecciones: Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Si es un resumen para un Artículo de revisión, éste sigue las reglas del resumen en español, pues es una traducción del mismo. Se sugiere que este párrafo sea revisado por un traductor experimentado, a fin de garantizar su calidad.
También se señalarán de 3 a 6 palabras clave (key words).
Introducción
Deberá incluir los antecedentes, el planteamiento del problema y el objetivo del estudio en una redacción libre y continua debidamente sustentada en la bibliografía.
Material y métodos
Se señalarán claramente las características de la muestra, los métodos empleados con las referencias pertinentes, en tal forma que la lectura de este capítulo permita a otros investigadores, realizar estudios similares. Los métodos estadísticos empleados deberán señalarse claramente con la referencia correspondiente. Los autores deben detallar en este apartado los procedimientos éticos que han seguido; necesarios para experimentos con animales, pacientes, manejo de datos confidenciales, consentimiento informado, etc. y que cuentan con la autorización del comité de ética de su institución.
Resultados
Deberá incluir los hallazgos importantes del estudio, comparándolos con las figuras o gráficas estrictamente necesarias y que amplíen la información vertida en el texto. No repita información en el escrito y en las tablas y/o figuras.
Discusión
Esta sección debe ser primero una interpretación de los resultados que resuma los principales hallazgos del informe científico, con una comparación con estudios previos similares, después. No repetir cifras, porcentajes o datos crudos reportados en la sección de Resultados. Discutir los resultados y expresar a la comunidad científica por qué son valiosos y relevantes para la práctica clínica. Declarar claramente las limitaciones del estudio, cómo el estudio podría hacerse mejor en el futuro y cuáles son las perspectivas y direcciones futuras. Esta sección debe incluir citas a la literatura precedente.
Conclusiones
En esta sección resumirán las principales conclusiones del estudio y si estas fueran preliminares se sugerirán futuros estudios que necesitarían realizarse. Es necesario que las conclusiones sean congruentes con los objetivos que se plantearon y que se deriven directamente del proceso de investigación realizado.
Agradecimientos
En esta sección se describirán los agradecimientos a personas e instituciones, así como los financiamientos. Esta sección debe ir en la página frontal para que el documento principal del manuscrito siga siendo anónimo.
Referencias
Se presentarán de acuerdo con los Requisitos Uniformes para los Manuscritos Enviados a Revistas Biomédicas (Comité Internacional de Editores de Revistas Biomédicas). Las referencias se indicarán con números arábigos en forma consecutiva y en el orden en que aparecen por primera vez dentro del texto. Se referirán en el texto, tablas y pies de figura con los números correspondientes. En las citas con múltiples autores (más de seis autores), se deberá incluir únicamente los 6 primeros autores del trabajo, seguido de et al., después de la abreviatura del nombre o nombres del 6º autor. En el caso de 6 o menos autores, se deberá incluir en la cita a todos ellos, (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/uniform_requirements.html).

Tablas
Deberán presentarse a doble espacio, numerados en forma consecutiva con caracteres romanos en el orden citado dentro del texto, con los títulos en la parte superior y el significado de las abreviaturas, así como las notas explicativas al pie. Se deberán incluir al final del manuscrito después de la sección de referencias.
Figuras o gráficas
Los pies de figura se escribirán a doble espacio. El pie contendrá la información necesaria para interpretar correctamente la figura sin recurrir al texto. Deben referenciarse en el texto por orden. Calidades: Los gráficos, trazados y dibujos deben ser generados con programas de gráficos de alta resolución (JPG, TIFF, EPS, PowerPoint e Illustrator). Toda la iconografía debe ser original. En caso contrario, se debe citar la referencia del origen y el autor deberá obtener el permiso previo de la editorial respectiva. En las figuras no se repetirán datos ya escritos en el texto. Las fotografías de objetos incluirán una regla para calibrar las medidas de referencia. En las microfotografías deberá aparecer la ampliación microscópica o una barra de micras de referencia. El nombre, la cara, los datos del paciente o cualquier característica reconocible no aparecerán en las figuras. Se sugiere a los autores agregar ilustraciones que complementen adecuadamente el texto.
DECLARACIONES ÉTICAS
Responsabilidades éticas
En relación con los posibles conflictos de interés, el derecho de los sujetos a la privacidad y confidencialidad, así como los derechos humanos y animales como sujetos de investigación, la revista se adhiere a los "Requisitos uniformes para preparar los manuscritos que se presentan a las revistas biomédicas: redacción y edición de publicaciones biomédicas" en la versión más reciente publicada por el International Committee of Medical Journal Editors en su página http://www.icmje.org. Se solicitará copia del consentimiento informado en el caso de estudios con pacientes y casos clínicos, así como la aprobación del Comité de Bioética de la institución correspondiente en el caso de estudios clínicos y experimentales.
Los procedimientos en humanos deben ajustarse a las normas éticas de la Declaración de Helsinski de 1975 (World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki) Ethical principles for medical researchinvolving human subjects. JAMA 2000; 284:3043-5, así como al acuerdo que al respecto publicó la Secretaría de Salud el 26 de enero de 1982, y a las Normas del Comité de Ética y de Investigación de la Institución donde se efectuó un trabajo original. Los estudios en animales deben seguir lineamientos similares (Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources, National Research Council. Guide for the care and use of laboratory animals. Washington, DC. National Academy Press. 1996). Con relación a la confidencialidad de los datos, se debe informar acerca del modo en que se ha protegido el anonimato de los participantes y la privacidad de su información.

Financiación
El autor debe mencionar las organizaciones que financian su investigación en el manuscrito, incluyendo los números de subvención en caso de que fuesen necesarios.
Conflicto de intereses
Los autores deben describir cualquier relación financiera o personal que tengan con otras personas u organizaciones y que pudieran dar lugar a un conflicto de intereses en relación con el artículo que se remite para publicación.
Para fomentar la transparencia y calidad de la investigación, se solicitará a los autores la autoevaluación de la adherencia a las guías internacionales pertinentes, según el tipo de estudio:
– Ensayos clínicos: CONSORT (http://www.consort-statement.org/). Además, todos los ensayos deberán estar registrados en alguna de las bases de datos internacionales, y siempre se deberá indicar el número de registro correspondiente.
– Estudios observacionales: STROBE (www.strobe-statement.org).
– Artículos sobre pruebas diagnósticas: STARD (www.equator-network.org/reporting-guidelines/stard/).
– Para otro tipo de estudios, consultar las guías en la iniciativa EQUATOR (http://www.equator-network.org/).
TIPOS DE ARTÍCULOS
Artículo original
Ésta es una comunicación sobre la investigación que prueba una hipótesis científica. Su contenido presenta los resultados de la investigación clínica o básica original. En los artículos originales el cuerpo del manuscrito debe ir estructurado en Introducción, Materiales y Métodos, Resultados, Discusión, Conclusiones y Referencias. Extensión máxima de 5,500 palabras, 6 figuras, 6 tablas y 40 referencias.
Artículo de revisión
Ésta es una comunicación sobre la revisión narrativa de un tópico en medicina de emergencias. Extensión máxima de 7,000 palabras, 7 figuras, 7 tablas y 50 referencias.
Caso clínico
Será sobre una experiencia reciente y de relevancia médica. Se evaluarán de acuerdo al formato CARE (https://care-writer.com/como-utilizarlo) de Equator Network (https://www.equator-network.org/). Deben incluir títulos, resúmenes y palabras clave en español e inglés. Los resúmenes deben tener un máximo de 200 palabras cada uno. La extensión total no debe superar las 2,000 palabras, con un máximo de 4 autores, 2-3 figuras y tablas y 10-25 referencias.
Carta al editor
Es un foro abierto a la expresión tanto de opiniones particulares referentes a temas médicos de interés variado, como al contenido de los artículos publicados en nuestra revista. Deberán incluir títulos en español e inglés y los autores no deben ser más de 4. Serán comentarios cortos de máximo 500 palabras, 1-2 figuras y tablas y 3-10 referencias.
Trabajo de Congreso
Son trabajos presentados en el Congreso Internacional de Medicina de Urgencias y Reanimación de cada año, estos sólo se publicarán en números especiales de la revista en apego a la convocatoria anual.

COPYRIGHT
Los manuscritos enviados deberán acompañarse de una carta firmada por todos los autores del trabajo, en la que se haga constar que éste no ha sido publicado con anterioridad, ni se ha enviado simultáneamente a otra revista, que no existe conflicto de intereses y en caso de ser aceptado, ceden los derechos para la publicación a la Sociedad Mexicana de Medicina de Emergencia que los publica en abierto bajo la licencia CC BY-NC-ND (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/ by-nc-nd/4.0/). Las opiniones contenidas en el artículo son responsabilidad de los autores.
No se aceptarán artículos para su revisión si no están preparados de acuerdo con las instrucciones para los autores.
PROCESO EDITORIAL
El proceso editorial consiste en 6 etapas:
1. Recepción del manuscrito (indeterminado, dependiendo de que el autor cumpla con los requisitos): su objetivo es comprobar que el manuscrito cumple con las especificaciones de estas instrucciones para autores y que la documentación remitida está completa.
2. Revisión editorial inicial (máximo 5 días hábiles): su objetivo es corroborar la pertinencia, actualidad, originalidad y aportación científica del manuscrito, así como la solidez metodológica y estadística del estudio. En este momento se someterá a un sistema electrónico de detección de plagio. Derivado de ello se podrá obtener un dictamen de rechazado o se enviará a revisión por investigadores pares.
3. Revisión por investigadores pares (máximo 30 días hábiles): Se obtendrá la opinión de al menos dos personas expertas en el área en cuestión, quienes evaluaran los aspectos técnicos y metodológicos de la investigación
4. Revisión editorial (máximo 7 días hábiles): su objetivo es tomar una decisión basada en la opinión de revisores pares. El dictamen puede ser rechazado, cambios mayores, cambios menores o aceptado. En el caso de cambios mayores o menores se someterá nuevamente a evaluación por los revisores pares iniciales.
5. Edición final (6 semanas): su objetivo es la edición técnica y lingüística (y traducción), maquetación de galeras, asignación del DOI, y corrección por parte del autor.
6. Publicación adelantada: Todos los manuscritos serán publicados ahead of print en la página web de la revista en cuanto completen el proceso de edición, hasta ser incorporados en un número final de la revista.
PRUEBAS DE IMPRESIÓN (PDF) DE SU ARTÍCULO ACEPTADO
El autor de correspondencia recibirá las pruebas del artículo para la revisión y corrección de errores de terminología, u otras actualizaciones relacionadas con datos/cifras. Dado que el artículo estará ya editado según la normativa interna de la revista, no se admitirán correcciones de estilo. El autor de correspondencia recibirá un correo electrónico con el artículo en formato PDF, sobre el que podrá dejar sus comentarios. El autor podrá necesitar la versión 9 (o superior) de Adobe Reader, que descargable gratuitamente). Para otros requerimientos de sistema, por favor visite la página web de Adobe.
Alternativamente, los autores podrán hacer una lista de las correcciones y enviarlas por correo electrónico. Cualquier cambio importante en esta fase, estará sujeto a la aprobación del Editor. Asegúrese de incluir todos los cambios en un solo correo electrónico, puesto que no podemos garantizar la inclusión de correcciones subsiguientes.

Revista de Educación e Investigación en Emergencias is the official journal of Sociedad Mexicana de Medicina de Emergencia A.C. (SMME). It is a quarterly electronic journal, open access (without cost for authors and readers) that after peer review, publishes original scientific articles, review articles and special sections (the latter, exclusively by invitation), related to clinical, surgical, epidemiological, and basic aspects of emergency medicine; including adult care, obstetric and pediatric emergencies, nursing, prehospital, mental health, as well as topics related to education and research.
To this end, the journal will consider contributions in the following sections:
Manuscripts must be uploaded in electronic form through the editorial system at http://publisher.emergencias.permanyer.com where the corresponding author should first register as an author in the platform. Once this author has obtained a username and password, the documents should be uploaded following the instructions.
**To avoid duplications in the system, please refrain from creating a new request when resubmitting your modified files. You should continue using the same reference until your manuscript completes the editorial process.
PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS
All articles must include, without exception, title, name, and surname(s) of each author (without titles or positions), affiliation, name and address of the correspondence author, the complete manuscript text, tables, and figures. Texts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Manuscripts must be correctly written in Spanish or English. The text must be typed, double-spaced in Times New Roman 12 font and with each section starting on a new page: front page, English and Spanish abstracts with their keywords, main text body, references, tables and figures footnotes. The pages will be numbered consecutively, beginning with the front page, and the number will be placed on the top of every page.
All articles should include a first page with all personal data, a full manuscript file completely anonymous and the declarations of conflict of interest, funding and ethical responsibilities.
The front page must show the title of the work in Spanish and English and a short title with less than 40 characters (counting letters and spaces). The authors’ names (without titles or academic degrees); ORCID, their institution of registration (affiliations); email address and full name of the corresponding author; acknowledgments and the funding, if they exist. Abstract in Spanish
This abstract will be presented in a maximum of 250 words, indicating the purpose of the research; basic procedures (sample selection, observational and analytical methods); main findings (specific data and, if possible, their statistical significance); as well as relevant conclusions and originality of the research. In the end, 3 to 6 keywords will be entered to facilitate inclusion in international indexes. We recommend using the terms from the Medical Subject Headings of the most recent Index Medicus.
Abstract in English
This abstract will be presented in a maximum of 250 words, using the same characteristics of the Spanish abstract. It will begin with an English language version of the title. It will also contain 3 to 6 keywords. To ensure quality, we suggest having this paragraph reviewed by an experienced translator.
Introduction
It must include background information, approach to the problem and purpose of the study, all clearly worded and well supported by the bibliography reviewed.
Material and methods
The characteristics of the sample and the methods used, with relevant references, will be clearly marked so that reading of this chapter allows similar studies to be conducted by other researchers. The statistical methods used must be marked with their corresponding reference. The authors must detail in this section the ethical procedures followed; necessary for experiments with animals, patients, confidential data management, informed consent, etc. Moreover, that they have obtained the corresponding authorization by the ethics committee of their institution.
Results
The main findings of the study must be included and may be compared only with figures or graphics which are strictly necessary and are intended to extend the information contained in the text. Do not repeat information in the body of the text and the tables and/or figures.
Discussion
This section should be at first, an interpretation of the results that summarizes the main findings of the scientific report, with a comparison of similar previous studies, later. Do not repeat figures, percentages or raw data reported in the Results section. Discuss the results and express to the scientific community why they are valuable and relevant to clinical practice. Study limitations must be declared, authors must point out how the study could be done better in the future and what are the future perspectives and directions. This section should include citations to the preceding literature.
Conclusions
In this section, authors must summarize the main conclusions of their study and the future recommended studies in case conclusions are preliminary. Conclusions should agree with the objectives of the study, and they should be directly originated from the reported results.
Acknowledgments
This section will contain acknowledgments to individuals and institutions, as well as financing sources. This section belongs to the first front page in order for the main text file to remain anonymous.
References
These will be presented in accordance with the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (International Committee of Biomedical Journal Editors). References will be marked with consecutive Arabic numerals, sorted in the order in which they first appear in the text. They will be referred to in the text, tables, and figure footnotes with the corresponding numbers. In quotations with multiple authors (more than six authors), only the first 3 authors of the work must be included, followed by et al., after the abbreviation of the name/s of the 6th author. In case of 6 or fewer authors, all 6 must be included in the quotation (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/uniform_requirements.html).

Tables
They must be double-spaced and consecutively numbered in Arabic characters, in the order quoted in the text, with the titles in the top and the meaning of abbreviations as well as explanatory notes in the footer. They must be included at the end of the manuscript, after the references section.
Figures or graphs
Figure footnotes must be written double-spaced. The footer must contain the information needed to correctly interpret the figure without resorting to the text. The text must reference them in order. Qualities: The graphics, layouts and drawings must be generated in high-resolution graphics programs (JPG, TIFF, EPS, PowerPoint and Illustrator). All iconography must be original. Where this is not the case, the source reference must be quoted, and the author must obtain prior permission of the relevant publisher. In the figures, data already written in the text will not be repeated. Photographs of objects must include a rule to calibrate the reference measurements. In microphotographs, the microscopic magnification or reference micron bar must appear. The patient’s name, face, data or any other recognizable feature will not be shown in the figures. We suggest that authors add color illustrations that enrich the text.

With regard to potential conflicts of interest, individual right to privacy and data confidentiality, as well and human and animal rights, the journal adheres to the latest version of the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals (formerly the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts) published by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors, found at http://www.icmje.org. Copies will be required of informed consent forms in the case of studies in patients and clinical cases, and of the letter from the Independent Ethics Committee of the corresponding institution in the case of clinical and experimental studies.
Human procedures must comply with the ethical standards of the Helsinki Declaration of 1975 (World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki) Ethical Principles for Medical Research involving human subjects. JAMA 2000, 284:3043-5. Also, with the agreements given by the Ministry of Health, published on January 26, 1982 and the Rules for Ethics and Research from the institution where the study originated. Animal studies should follow similar guidelines (Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources, National Research Council. Guide for the care and use of laboratory animals. Washington, DC. National Academy Press, 1996). Regarding the confidentiality of data, you should inform on how the anonymous status of the participants and the confidentiality of their information were protected.

Funding
The authors must mention all organizations that funded their research in the manuscript, including grant numbers where appropriate.
Conflicts of interest
Authors must describe any financial or personal relationship with any other person or organization, which can cause a conflict of interest regarding this article.
To promote the transparency and quality of the research, the authors will be asked as an essential requirement to self-assess adherence to the relevant international guidelines according to the type of study:
– Clinical trials: CONSORT (http://www.consort-statement.org/). In addition, all trials must be registered in one of the international databases, and the corresponding registration number must always be indicated.
– Observational studies: STROBE (www.strobe-statement.org).
– Diagnostic tests: STARD (www.equator-network.org/reporting-guidelines/stard/).

TYPES OF ARTICLES
Original article
Is a text about research that proves a scientific hypothesis. It content presents the results of the original clinical or basic research. In Original articles, the manuscript must be structured in Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions and References. Maximum length of 5,500 words, 6 figures, 6 tables and 40 references.
Review article
Is a text about the narrative review of a topic in emergency medicine. Maximum length of 7,000 words, 7 figures, 7 tables and 50 references.
Clinical case
Clinical cases should cover a recent and relevant medical experience. They should comply with CARE format (https://care-writer.com/como-utilizarlo) from Equator Network (https://www.equator-network.org/). They must include title, abstract and key words, both in Spanish and English. Abstracts must be shorter than 200 words. The maximum length for original articles will be 2000 words with a maximum of 4 authors, 2-3 figures and tables and 10-25 references.
Letter to the Editor
Letters are an open forum to the expression of personal opinions regarding medical topics of diverse interests, as well as the content of the articles published in our journal. They must include titles both in Spanish and in English and they should have a maximum of 4 authors. Letters should be short commentaries of maximum 500 words, 1-2 figures and tables, and 3-10 references.
Conference proceedings
These are works presented at the International Congress of Emergency Medicine and Resuscitation each year. They will only be published in special issues according to the annual submission calendar.

EDITORIAL PROCESS
The editorial process consists of 6 stages:
1. Reception of the manuscript (indeterminate, depending on whether the author meets the requirements): its objective is to verify that the manuscript complies with the specifications of these instructions for authors and that the submitted documentation is complete.
2. Initial editorial review (maximum 5 business days): its objective is to corroborate the relevance, timeliness, originality, and scientific contribution of the manuscript, as well as the methodological and statistical soundness of the study. At this time, it will be submitted to an electronic plagiarism detection system. Derived from this, a rejected opinion may be obtained, or it will be sent for review by peer researchers.
3. Review by peer researchers (maximum 30 business days): the opinion of at least two experts in the area in question will be obtained, who will evaluate the technical and methodological aspects of the investigation.
4. Editorial review (maximum 7 business days): its objective is to make a decision based on the opinion of peer reviewers. The opinion can be rejected, major changes, minor changes or accepted. In the case of major or minor changes, it will be submitted again for evaluation by the initial peer reviewers.
5. Final edition (6 weeks): its objective is the technical and linguistic edition (and translation), layout of galleys, DOI assignment, and correction by the author.
6. Advanced publication: All manuscripts will be published ahead of print on the journal's website as soon as they complete the editing process, until they are incorporated into a final issue of the journal.
PRINT PROOFS (PDF) OF ACCEPTED ARTICLES
The corresponding author will receive proofs of the article for revision and correction of terminology errors, or any other updates related to facts/figures. As the article will already have been edited according to the journal’s internal editorial guidelines, style corrections will not be accepted. The corresponding author will receive an email with the article in PDF format, on which they can leave their comments. Authors will need to have Adobe Reader (version 9, or a later version), downloadable for free). For other system requirements, please visit the Adobe website.
Alternatively, authors may list their corrections and submit them via email. Any major changes at this stage will be subject to the approval of the Editor. Authors should make sure to include all changes in a single email, as we cannot guarantee the inclusion of subsequent corrections.
The proof review is the responsibility of the author.
